Cold Sores : Ways to Avert the Scattering of Virus

Cold Sores are the agonizing blisters that occur in the area around lips and mouth. Cold Sores can be averted only if people are aware of the main causes of this kind of infection. A virus known as herpes simplex type 1 virus is the main factor that is responsible for causing cold sores.
People generally suffer from this cold sore if they come in contact with some infected saliva. So, people should be cautious when they are kissing someone as they may intake the saliva of the infected person. It is not essential that the blisters will be formed instantaneously when the virus enters the body of the individual.
Rather, sometimes people do not suffer from cold sores even if they are suffering from herpes simplex type 1 virus. On the other hand, some people suffer from cold sores periodically.
So, if people do not want to suffer from this problem then they can take the following measures:

• They should not take too much stress as stress is the main cause of causing cold sores. Stress consumes most of the essential vitamins of the body and thus makes the body weak.
• People should not kiss an infected person as this is the simplest way for spreading of this problem.
• People should be very cautious about the infected people around them and should not share the belongings of that person.
These are some of the ways by which people can avert the scattering of this virus.
